Day 01 : Arrive Delhi

Welcome to the Incredible India tour by Erco Travels. The tour begins with your arrival at the airport where representatives from Erco Travels will receive you and will assist you in transferring to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. It is advised to spend the rest of the day in resting and relaxing.

Day 02 : Delhi-Varanasi(Fly)

Begin the Delhi tour by visiting major tourist attractions like the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk and Jama Masjid mosque. Other attractions of Delhi are Qutub Minar (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Humayun's Tomb, India Gate and Parliament of India. In the evening, proceed to the airport to board a short-distance flight to Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. Upon arrival at Varanasi airport, you will be transferred to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03 : Varanasi

Varanasi is located on the bank of Ganges River and is an important religious place for the Hindu community. It is also known by the names of Banaras and Kashi. To see the prayer ceremony, you will have to get-up a little early in the morning. A boat ride is the best way to observe the ceremony. After the breakfast, continue your tour of Varanasi by visiting the Bharat Mata Temple, Durga temple and Tulsi Manas mandir. Evening is for shopping and visiting the ghats (stepped bank of river). Dinner will be at the hotel.

Day 04: Varanasi - Khajuraho(Fly)

After the breakfast, take a short tour of the Art Gallery in Banaras Hindu University. Now proceed to the airport to board a flight to Khajuraho. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival for lunch. Khajuraho is a world-famous tourist destination known for its temples with erotic sculptures. The temples are marked as UNESCO World Heritage Site and are divided into three groups. In the evening, visit the Western group of Temples to see the light and dance show. Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 05 : Khajuraho

Today is reserved for the tour of the remaining eastern and southern group of temples. These temples have many amazing carved statues and rock-cut sculptures. Return to the hotel in the night for dinner.

Day 06 : Khajuraho-Agra

Check-out from the hotel after breakfast and proceed to the railway station to board the next train to Agra. Traveling by train is one of the best ways to travel in India. Reach the Agra railway station in the evening where local representatives from Erco Travels will assist you in transferring to the hotel. Spend the rest of the time in the hotel.

Day 07 : Agra

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then proceed for a city tour of Agra. Agra is home to the most beautiful and world-famous Indian monument, the Taj Mahal. This UNESCO World Heritage Site gets around 4 million visitors (figure includes both local and foreign tourists) annually. You will be mesmerized by its beauty. Another major attraction is the Agra Fort. You can also visit Sikandra (only 13 km away) in the evening, which is final resting place of Mughal Emperor Akbar. Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 08 : Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Jaipur

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel to depart for Jaipur city in Rajasthan. On the way to Jaipur, you can visit the abandoned Mughal city called Fatehpur Sikri (23 km away from Agra). It is an architectural masterpiece and holds a place in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list. Continue your journey to Jaipur after lunch. On arrival, proceed to the hotel for check-in and dinner.

Day 09 : Jaipur

The capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur is known as the Pink city of India because of its pinkish boundary walls. On the full-day tour of Jaipur, you can visit the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar (solar observatory) and Amber Fort. An elephant ride through the city brings the feeling of being a king or queen. Another major attraction is the Birla Mandir, which you can visit in the evening. Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 10: Jaipur-Samode

Take an early morning visit to the Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort. Drive to Samode in the afternoon, which is just 43 km away. Arrive in Samode and proceed to the heritage hotel for check-in. Samode Palace is now a heritage hotel. Spend the night in the hotel.

Day 11 : Samode

The day is free for exploring Samode on your own as there are many things to see this town, which is located on a former caravan route. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.


Day 12 : Samode-Jodhpur

After a royal breakfast in the hotel, proceed to Jodhpur by surface. After a five-hour long drive, you will enter the second-largest city of Rajasthan. Jodhpur is a former princely state of Rajputana. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival and spend the evening in the hotel.

Day 13 : Jodhpur-Ranakpur-Udaipur

Get-up early in the morning to begin the Jodhpur tour. The main attractions of Jodhpur are the Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada mausoleum. Now take a short road-trip to Ranakpur, which is famous for its beautiful Jain temples. It is a major tourist hotspot while going to Udaipur. After lunch, proceed to Udaipur on a 3 hour road-trip. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival.

Day 14 : Udaipur

Udaipur is very famous tourist destination and is a former princly state. The day is reserved for a full-day sightseeing tour of Udaipur. The City Palace of Udaipur is a major tourist hotspot. The palace includes many other monuments like Dilkush Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Moti Mahal and the Palace of Krishna. You can have a boat ride in the evening at Lake Pichola and visit the Jag Mandir that is on an island. Dinner will be at the hotel.

Day 15 : Udaipur

There are many lakes in Udaipur, and that is why it is often called the City of Lakes and the Venice of the East. You can visit the Fateh Sagar Lake, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, Jagdish Temple and Monsoon Palace. Evening is free for leisure activities. Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 16 : Udaipur-Bombay-Aurangabad

From Udaipur airport, board a flight to Mumbai, Maharashtra and then a connect flight to Aurangabad. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 17 : Aurangabad-Ellora-Aurangabad

The day is reserved for the sightseeing tour of Ellora Caves (30 km away from Aurangabad). These caves are marked as UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the finest examples of rock cut caves in India. There are many fine sculptures of Gods and deities in these caves and are visited by a large number of Hindus, Buddhist and Jain devotes. Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 18 : Aurangabad-Ajanta-Aurangabad

Today visit the Ajanta Caves, which has 30 rock-cut caves belonging to 2nd century BCE. These caves have the finest wall paintings and sculptures that are the epitome of ancient Indian art. It is also in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 19 : Aurangabad-Bombay

Now proceed to the railway station to board a train to Mumbai, the financial capital of India. Proceed straight to the hotel upon arrival for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 20 : Bombay

After breakfast, it is now time to see another UNESCO World Heritage Site, Elephanta caves. The caves are located on an island and there is a ferry service that connects it to the port. After that, take a city tour of Mumbai and visit the Gateway of India. Evening is free for personal activities. Spend the night in the hotel.

Day 21 : Bombay

This is the final day of this tour so after breakfast, pack-up your luggage and proceed to the airport to board the next flight to your home country. Thank you and best wishes for the journey ahead.
