DAY 02 :MAHABALIPURAM-KANCHIPURAM

DAY 15 : HOSPET-BADAMI
Morning drive to Badami. The Chalukyan capital from 543 - 757 A.D., Badami, has several magnificent rock-cut and early sculptural temples. Other nearby interesting places includes Aihole and Pattadakal. Aihole is a pretty village on the banks of the Malaprabha. There are about 125 temples scattered around the village. Pattadakal, the second capital of Chalukyas is also the place where all coronations take place and still have a number of beautiful temples. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 16 : BADAMI-BIJAPUR
