DAY 01 Yoga

Arrival of the delegates. Welcome registration, check - in rooms, snacks and drinks. Proceed for inauguration with special lighting ceremony. introduction to yoga. Observation of silence.
Evening Dinner, distribution of yoga kits and information. Bed

DAY 02
Early morning yoga walks, practice of yogic postures and simple pranayama. Breakfast, then talk and discussion. After lunch take rest.Afternoon, relaxation techniques. Yoga Nidra followed by Meditation, spiritual camp fire and question and answer session. Evening,Dinner informal and get together. Bed

DAY 03
Early morning yoga walk. Practice of yogic postures. Breakfast followed by meeting the pujya Swamiji and talks on the relevance of yoga in daily life. After lunch,departure.

a) City : Rishikesh - situated 24 kms.upstream from Hardwar, at the confluence of the Chandrabhaga and Ganga - lies Rishikesh, one of the best located pilgrimage centers along the right bank of theGanga.

b) Place : Ashram -it is a spiritual heaven, resting serenely on the banks of the holy river Ganga, nestled in the lap of the Shivalik range of the Himalayas.The ashram's beautiful architecture and aesthetic presentation of pious themes create an atmosphere of true spiritual sublimity.

c) Rooms : There are about 1000 residential rooms (flats) that retain the simplicity of ashram living and yet are equipped with the necessary modern amenities. The ashram provides a clean, pure and sacred atmosphere.

d) Schedule of Ashram : Each morning from 5 to 6 am,all ashram residents join together in the temple for universal prayer and meditation.Each evening as the sun's last rays reflect off the boundless waters of Mother Ganga,we gather for the Ganga Aarti.This divine light ceremony is filled with devotional song,prayer,ritual and a palpable sense of the divinity of Mother Ganga.The aarti,an ornate oil lamp,lined with dozens of flames burning in pure ghee is offered to God.

In addition to yogic training and instructions, the participants can engage themselves in various cultural activities. From resting peacefully on the banks of the holy rivers, to boating,river rafting, hiking,local sightseeing, there is a wide range of cultural activities available

Medical Care : Ashram is having all types of Medical and Health care. *Allopathic Charitable Hospital. On the premises of the ashram there is a newly renovated Allopathic Hospital where patients are treated for a wide range of ailments. All is free. All are welcome. *Homeopathic Pharmacy. There is a homeopathic pharmacist available for diagnosis and consultation. All medicine is dispensed free of charge.

Transport : Price for Transfer from Delhi to Rishikesh and back by Non Airconditioned car will be USD 80 Per Person,
